We will gladly accept most stock items for exchange, refund or credit within 7 days of purchase, assuming that they are unworn and in original condition. CARE OF STERLING SILVER JEWELRY
Well cared for jewelry can last a lifetime and more! Sterling silver can be cleaned with warm water and mild dish soap. You can use a soft-bristle baby toothbrush or soft cloth to remove any dirt. Then dry and clean with a soft lint-free cloth or a jewelry polishing cloth.
REPAIRS / REPLACEMENTS
We are proud of our craftsmanship and will be happy to help with repair or replacement of items that have problems due to normal wear. Most repairs or replacement of items within one year of purchase will be performed free of charge. We will do everything we can to make sure your experience is a positive one!
